A Game of Chess
Since childhood, I have always been fascinated by the game of Chess; even more when played in the digital medium. In my early days of engineering, I often wondered how one would go about writing the engine code for the game when played on the computer. It seemed such a daunting task to me at that time. You would have to program in such a way so as to recount for every possibility imaginable.
This is my attempt at completing that daunting task. The Chess engine here is running on an Arduino Mega board and I am using an ST7920 GLCD for display purposes. I have also used a few push buttons for navigating through the internal menu of the software.
