In this project, I have tried to create a Proximity Alarm system using an HCSR04 Ultrasonic Ranging sensor and an Arduino Uno R3 board. The distance measured is being displayed on a 16*2 Alphanumeric LCD and a buzzer is turned on whenever the system detects an object coming too close to it. The Ultrasonic sensor has been mounted on a micro servo which moves it around in an arc thus providing 180 degrees of coverage. Hope you like the project.
