Cancellation is applicable only if :
- the order is in pending status or pending verification status only, if it moved to another status it cannot be canceled.
- The order should be canceled or returned after it was delivered and a refund will be initiated accordingly to the Return Policy.
How to cancel the order
- Raise a ticket at the support center or email us with the order number and the order will be canceled within 24 hours.
- Message us on live chat to cancel your order.
Note: In some cases, Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commision even though order canceled and refunded.)
