All the products carry a warranty of 15 days to protect customers from manufacturing defects.
If you have received any of the defective product, kindly notify us within this duration from the date of shipment.
You agree to pay for the shipping of return/exchange of the product and same will be credited back to you once a defect is confirmed.
We will repair or replacement of the product according to a condition free of cost of product and shipping charges will be born by us. However, if the product is not available in the stock we will issue a 100% refund to you.
No warranty will be applied if a product is found to be misuse, modification, static discharge, soldered or altered or non-insulated contacts.
Process for Exchange
Mail us the unboxing of the products at email@example.com and mention your order number.
We will inspect for the physical damage and decide whether to exchange or refund.
If the decision is made to exchange then once goods received in our warehouse we will inspect them for the above-given conditions.
If found guilty, no refund or exchange will be processed.
If the product is actually defective, we will either exchange it or provide you a full refund.
