Shipping and Return Policy

  • We ship through the reputed agencies to make sure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition.
  • We always strive to ship your ordered products together, but however, it may not be possible due to product characteristics or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
  • If you believe that the product received is not in good condition or the package is tampered or damaged before the delivery, then kindly refuse to take the package & call our customer care at +91-8448444389 or Contact us, and mention your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you as early as possible.
  • You can track your order from the Track Order section by entering the details provided to you in text message post shipping.
  • All the bulk B2B orders placed on the website must opt for a prepaid mode of payment. No COD will be entertained.
  • All the items shipped (including Gifts) will have an invoice mentioned on it as per Indian Tax Regulations.
  • If you are opting for express shipping then for some items do not go for it and those items are: Li-ion batteries, any chemicals, and smooth rod. As these items can not be ship via air, so express shipping will not be possible.

Shipping Partners

  • We use BlueDart, FedEx, Delhivery, EcomXpress, and sometimes Indian Post to your location as per the availability of the service.
  • We always make sure that your order is delivered via the fastest mode of shipping available.
  • We also ship to remote locations via India Post(EMS) on special requests by the customer. However, it is completely dependent on EMS to accept the package as goods may get damaged in transit by EMS.

 

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • We make our best efforts to make your order shipped on the same day.
  • 99% of the orders placed are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Bulk or B2B orders will take 1-2 days of processing time.
  • Orders with more than 25 types of product may take 1-2 days of processing time
  • We ship weekdays ( Monday to Saturday), however, there might be delays due to public holidays, extremely bad weather, or some unavoidable reasons.
  • Shipments through BlueDart/FedEx will be shipped by the same day if the order is placed before 2 PM, else will be scheduled for the next day.
  • Tough we guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 Days to anywhere in India, but it is totally beyond our control since different courier agencies have their own transit locations.
  • Please plan your order giving us sufficient time to make sure it reaches on time.
  • If the order is not delivered and marked as delivered then you can let us know within 24 hours.
  • If any product is not available from the order list, then we will intimate the customer. In case the customer is not approachable, we will ship the rest product and will initiate the refund/reship the product in a different package.

 

All the products carry a warranty of 7 days to protect customers from manufacturing defects.

  • If you have received any of the defective products, kindly notify us within this duration from the date of shipment.
  • You agree to pay for the shipping of return/exchange of the product and the same will be credited back to you once a defect is confirmed.
  • We will repair or replacement of the product according to a condition free of the cost of the product and shipping charges will be borne by us. However, if the product is not available in stock we will issue a 100% refund to you.
  • No warranty will be applied if a product is found to be misuse, modification, static discharge, soldered or altered, or non-insulated contacts.

Return/Exchange Policy

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or broken, contact us within 3 days of delivery otherwise no return or refund claims will be entertained.
  • Return is only applicable to manufacturing defects.
  • The product will be inspected in our hub by a professional and then an exchange/refund will be processed as per our terms.
  • If a product is defective then attach a small video demonstrating the problem.
  • For Manufacturing Defects, a direct exchange will be given to the Customer.
  • The return will be only accepted when we confirm the same from our end. If any customer is shipping the product without our confirmation, then the return will not be accepted.

Product conditions to be returned

  • The product should not be soldered, used, altered, or modified in any way.
  • The return will not be accepted if the product has any type of alteration or modification or even used or found that it is not from our warehouse then the product will be sent back to the customer at their expenses.

The products which are not applicable for return:

  • Any gift products can not be returned or exchanged
  • The opened electrostatic cover will not be returned until it has any manufacturing defects
  • Product with worth 50 rs or less will not be returned or exchanged

Shipping of return product

  • We will book the return parcel and the pick-up person will pick the product
  • If return service is not available in the location, we will notify the customer and customer needs to courier to our address and send the proof and we will refund the shipping charges as per refund policy

Refund policy

  • Customers will get a refund through a bank account, wallet, or coupon.
  • If the customer prefers a wallet or coupon, they will get the refund instantly and other methods will take 3 to 5 working days
  • The refund will be initiated once we inspect the returned product.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • If the returned product does not meet our return policy, we will not refund and will be shipped to the customer at their expense
  • If the product is fully working and has no defects but even the customer wants to return then no refund will be issued.
  • If for any personal reason customer wants to cancel the order when it is in transit then the customer has to bear the loss in shipping charges and also has to bear the RTO charges( same as shipping charges) along with 5% processing charges.

Limits Of Responsibility:

  • We accept no responsibility for the improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
  • We do not accept any responsibility if the product is not resolving your purpose
  • We do not accept any return in bulk orders placed mistakenly due to misunderstandings in the product description and working.
